I would suggest that you include the level changes done by the unofficial patch. I don't know how you convert the maps, but if you convert the entities automatically you could safe a lot of time fixing minor stuff like floating items, lamps without cables, misplaced decals and similar. A good example is the newscaster, which you showed off in your second teaser. It's great to see him work alright, but his cut off breast is still on top of the news report which was improved by the unofficial patch a long time ago. Also I noticed that in the dinner the atmospheric halos of the lamp are gone...

I'd really like to avoid going over this again.

Whilst it's great to see some well known members of the Vampire community here, I really want these boards to remain neutral - I'm not taking sides on the whole patches thing.
They'll be entirely optional - if that means that the vanilla misses out on some fixes that your patches made, I'm afraid it's going to be that way.

I know that's harsh, but there was a debate in another thread which highlighted the need for a neutral position on the issue.

Except it's not that simple.

I'm sure that Wesp will release a version of his patch for the Revival. But right now is a bit early for thinking about bugfixes, since the Revival Team still haven't decompiled the models or implemented python. Those are the biggest hurdles, and if they can't be overcome, the project will fail.

Three years, and the only progress made was decompiling some of the maps. :(
